Privacy Policy

International Fine Art Exchange ("IFAE") protects artists' personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea and publishes this policy as follows.

1. Information We Collect

Through the artwork submission form on this website we collect:

• Required: name (Korean/English), phone number, email, address, artwork details (title, size, year), artwork images
• Optional: artist biography, business card request

We do not collect personal information from visitors who only browse the site. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may automatically keep access logs (such as IP addresses) for security.

2. Purpose of Use

• Receiving and confirming exhibition submissions
• Producing exhibition catalogs and the online exhibition
• Returning artworks; issuing certificates of authenticity and certified business cards
• Contacting artists about exhibitions and IFAE activities

3. Retention and Deletion

• Submitted information is kept for 3 years after the end of the exhibition and then deleted without delay.
• On request, we delete your information immediately, even before that period ends.
• Electronic files are permanently deleted; paper documents are shredded.
• Artist names, biographies and artwork images already printed in catalogs may not be recallable. Content on this website will be removed on request.

4. Sharing with Third Parties

We do not share your personal information with third parties, except where required by law. Catalogs and this website show only artist names, biographies and artwork details; phone numbers, addresses and emails are never published.

5. Service Providers and International Transfer

We use the following overseas services to run this website and process submissions. Your information is transmitted to and stored by them when you submit the form.
